On December 4, our master students were given the opportunity to collaborate with PwC professionals Dr. Kunal Mohan (guest researcher at the Chair of Information Systems and Strategic IT Management) and Thomas Parlitz on a consulting case study on the topic "Multi-Project Management in Theory and Practice." The students were given a detailed overview of and practical insights into the Project Management Lifecycle, Project Portfolio Management, and the Project Management Office’s (PMO) core concepts by a leading auditing and consulting firm. We are confident that we can provide similar events for our students in the future to allow them to apply their achieved knowledge to gain practical experience.
