Junior Management Science (JUMS; www.jums.academy) is a journal dedicated to publishing outstanding bachelor and master theses from the field of business administration, economics and information systems. The journal has an open access policy and has just recently published its first issue. Prof. Ahlemann joined the editorial board to support JUMS and to promote the work of outstanding students. Besides Prof. Ahlemann, two of the more than 45 German, Austrian, and Swiss professionals who supervise the journal provide a double blind review of the submitted theses. This initiative offers students the possibility to have their bachelor and master theses published and to make these globally available.
