On February 26, 2015 a joint research colloquium took place between the BAS chair (Hagen) and the SITM chair (Essen). The chairs discussed several research manuscripts and planned dissertation projects in a productive atmosphere. The research colloquium was considered a great success and will be repeated in July 2015. Prof. Smolnik is the chair holder of the BAS (Betriebliche Anwendungssysteme) chair at the university of Hagen. Prof. Ahlemann is chair holder of the SITM chair at the university of Duisburg-Essen.
