On October 29, 2014, IS:link participated in the first International Office Outgoing Fair at the University in Essen (“Studieren & mehr im Ausland! Messe für Auslandsaufenthalte”). The goal of the event was to promote studies abroad by providing initial information and guidance. To this end, all the related personnel in international functions were brought together to provide all the required information at a central location. Many students followed the open invitations announcing the event, thereby making it a great success in promoting student mobility. The IS:link information desk was visited in great numbers, resulting in several students now planning to go abroad via the network. We would like to thank the International Office for their successful organization and assistance.
