Excellent Evaluation for the Course “Personal Productivity 1” in Summer Semester 2025

The E1-course Personal Productivity – Gesund & Produktiv an der Uni und im Arbeitsleben, taught by Prof. Frederik Ahlemann and Falco Korn, received an excellent overall evaluation grade of 1.67 (on a scale from 1 = very good to 5 = very poor) in the summer semester 2025. Students particularly highlighted the clear structure of the course, the well-prepared learning materials, and the practical relevance of the content, which they could directly apply to their daily routines.

Participants praised the engaging mix of input, exercises, and exchange. Real-life examples and anecdotes brought the topics to life, while group work and discussions fostered active participation and collaboration. The digital learning materials were also commended for being comprehensive, timely, and highly supportive of understanding. The learning outcomes were significant: more than half of the students reported that they had substantially improved their knowledge of key topics such as time management, personal routines, and journaling. Comments like “There is something for everyone to take away and apply in everyday life” or “Great teaching formats – the instructors are engaging and make you want to learn more” reflect the overall positive student feedback.

The course itself focuses on practical strategies for time management, personal routines, stress reduction, and productivity tools that help students stay organized, motivated, and balanced. By combining scientific insights with real-life applications, PP1 goes beyond theory: participants not only gain knowledge but also test methods directly and reflect on what best suits their personal style. The result? More focus, less stress, and sustainable productivity – both for university life and future careers.

With these results, it is clear that PP1 is more than just a course – it is a true driver for healthy and productive learning and working habits. Students who are interested in joining the next edition can register for PP1 in the winter semester 2025/26 via the LSF system. A waiting list is also available, offering the opportunity to move up in case spots become free.
