As part of the ‘Process Mining @ Utilities’ (ProMatU) research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Henning Nusch is working as a research associate on analysing and improving business processes at small and medium-sized energy suppliers using process mining. His research focuses in particular on the analysis and development of standardisable application scenarios, dashboards and key figures as well as ensuring the necessary data quality and investigating the automation possibilities of processes by combining process mining and process automation tools.
