We are happy to announce that Anna Khodijah’s “An Ethnographic Study on Cultural Diverse Project Team” paper was accepted in the Academy of Management Discovery (AMD) Paper Development Workshop (PDW), which was held in Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands on Thursday, 12 May 2022. The workshop was led by AMD Editor Kevin Rockmann, who was joined by several members of the AMD editorial team.

AMD, being one of the six reputable journals from the Academy of Management, publishes phenomenon-driven empirical research with an emphasis on management and organizations. Data on these phenomena can come from many sources, including ethnographic observation.
