Florian Hesselmann successfully passed his dissertation disputation
On March 7, 2019 Florian Hesselmann successfully passed his disputation on his thesis “Successful Benefits Realization in IS/IT Projects.” His first and second supervisors, Prof. Ahlemann and Prof. Smolnik, as well as another independent lecturer, Prof. Schütte, evaluated the oral examination.
By completing his convincing PhD dissertation, on which he has worked diligently and professionally for several years, Florian has made significant contributions to both theory and practice in the area of benefits management. Several of Florian’s dissertation essays are based on research papers that he co-authored; they have also been accepted at well-recognized IS conferences, which provides more evidence of his skill and knowledge.
As a chair, we congratulate Florian and wish him a fruitful and interesting further career.
