On Thursday, September 5, the student teams of this semester’s IS project successfully presented their findings to Prof. Ahlemann, Dr. Drechsler of SITM, and to the representatives of GAGFAH, the industry partner of SITM in the IS project. The Head of IT of GAGFAH, Mr. Gregor Püttmann and two members of the IT department were present. GAGFAH is one of the leading German real estate companies with almost 145,000 residential units. The student teams presented the findings of their undergraduate and graduate research projects on the current state of cloud computing providers’ market, as well as the managerial and legal implications of an eventual adoption of cloud IaaS services for GAGFAH’s IT organization.
